During the June 11th, 2025’s Annual General Meeting of the OPP Youth Foundation, Chief Superintendent Dumond presented long-time volunteer with a Commissioner’s Scroll.
For over 21 years, Kevin has had an unwavering dedication and commitment to the youth of Ontario, leaving a lasting legacy. Through his dedication he helped to bridge a gap between the youth in the communities we serve and the OPP.
We thank Kevin for his dedication, perseverance, vision and service to the OPP and the youths that have benefitted from his efforts.
